What are your shipping modes and charges?
We typically ship via international couriers such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS, and TNT. Shipping charges depend on weight and destination, or we can follow specific client requests.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
While our standard minimum order is US$500, we understand the need for market testing and can accommodate smaller sample orders initially.

We can offer free samples for quality evaluation; however, the cost of freight is to be covered by the client.
Are your products in stock or made-to-order?

What are your payment terms?
For orders under $800, we require 100% advance payment. For larger orders, a 30% T/T deposit is required with the balance due before shipment. We accept T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
