What are your shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or postal services upon request from clients.
Do you hold international quality certifications?
Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 and CE certifications. Some of our products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide samples?
We generally expect minimum orders of at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders for market testing. We can offer free samples, but freight costs are covered by the customer.
Can I buy products similar to your catalogue but not shown?
Certainly. You can send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalog items may require a longer delivery time.
What are your payment terms and stock status?
We generally maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. Payment for orders under $800 is 100% in advance. For orders over $800, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
